Payment is due upon registration. Space cannot be guaranteed for any registration that is not paid in full by this date and early registrations are strongly encouraged.

Notes:
- The registration fees include 2 lunches, coffee breaks, and 1 dinner.
- Students are required to show their valid student ID card at the registration desk on site. If a valid student ID cannot be presented, the Regular Participant fee applies.

*All relevant bank charges incurred will be borne by the payer. The University of Macau should receive the full payment to settle the registration fee. To facilitate our follow up, please send an e-copy of the remittance advice to us via email at fhs@um.edu.mo when the fund is remitted.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Substitution
- If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, you are welcome to nominate someone else, from your institute/organization, to attend in your place at no additional cost.
- Please advise substitution in writing to fhs@um.edu.mo for a correct name tag that will be available at the registration counter before 10th June 2019.
Refund
Refund is not applicable under any circumstances.
